- My area are not listed in the coverage area, does that means that you are unable to deliver to me?
A: It doesn’t necessary means that we do not deliver to your area. Do contact us to clarify further. - Do you deliver to other areas other than Klang Valley?
A: We currently do not support outstation deliveries for end user. Please be ensured that we will gradually be introducing this function in the future. - Are your delivery fees fixed?
A: Our delivery fees are subjected to change with prior notice given due to fuel prices or unforeseeable economic circumstances. - Where are we located at?
A: Our factory unit are located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan. - Do you provide seafood for wholesalers and restaurants as well?
A: Yes we do. We do supply frozen seafood and other goods to wholesalers, restaurants, hotels, etc nationwide with a competitive pricing. - Will my item defrost by the time i receive it?
A: Rest assured, we will be storing all orders in a cooler during transportation that can last up to 8 hours. You will still be receiving your items in frozen condition. - Can i come to your factory to make a purchase?
A: We strictly do not accept walk-ins as we are a processing factory. All purchases have to be made in advance and we will consolidate your order accordingly for self pick-up or delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. - Will I get a special price / discount if I purchase a lot of products?
A: Special price or discount are only given if the minimum order requirements (MOQ) are met. E.g: 5-20 cartons - Where do you source your seafood from?
A: Our seafood products are mainly sourced from local fishermen. We only import seafood products that are not available in Malaysia / have lower yield locally. #supportlokal - Can you reserve a product for me first? I will purchase later on.
A: We are unable to offer reservation services to customers as all of our products are sold based on first come first serve basis.
